You always know a Volkswagen ad when you see one. Not because there’s a big logo on the screen, but because the tone is unmistakable.

So when Volkswagen asked us to create advertising that could move metal and hit hard on key features, we focused on what makes a Volkswagen a Volkswagen: quality engineering.

The result was a body of work that cut through the clutter of flashy car porn. We stripped down the ads and relied on minimal cuts paired with a sharp tone of voice to stand out.

And instead of making car ads, we made Volkswagen ads.
